Johtoryhmän kokouksen aluksi Tiina Toikka esittelee seuraavan dekaanin Zoom-kahvien (29.4. klo 12.30-13.45) sisältöä, teemana on hybridityö.
Tutkimuksen konttorin aiheena tänään RRF-infrahakujen aiesuunnitelmat (Suomen Akatemian ja Business Finlandin EU:n elpymis- ja palautumistukivälineen RRF rahoitushaut tutkimusinfrastruktuureille), tiedekunnan lausunnot on tehtävä valmiiksi viimeistään 5.4.2022. Lisäksi Maija Belliard näytti tiedekunnan kuvauksen, joka on tulossa TAU RAE 2022 -materiaaleihin, tilaa on vain yhden A4:n verran. Kuvaus on lähetettävä eteenpäin 7.4.2022.
Kirsi Aalto toi johtoryhmään kampuskehityksen viime aikaisia vaiheita. Yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmät, työ ja tutkimus ja oppiminen ja pedagogiikka, ovat käynnistyvät maalis-huhtikuun taitteessa. Vuorovaikutus ja viestintäryhmää ei ole vielä saatu kasattua, sen hakuaikaa on jatkettu 8.4. asti.
ITC:n edustajat yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmissä ovat:
- työ ja tutkimus -ryhmä: Arto Hippula, yhteyspäällikkö
- oppiminen ja pedagogiikka -ryhmä: Erja Sipilä, yliopistonlehtori ja Terhi Kaarakka, yliopistonlehtori, (Kaarakka luottamushenkilöistä nimitetty edustus)
- Ryhmien kokoonpanot löytyvät intrassa
Myös ITC:n oma kampuskehitysryhmä on jälleen kokoontunut. Keskusteluissa oli ollut mm. Tietotalo ja Tietotekniikan yksikön sijoittuminen.
Koska on niin monia erilaisia kampuskehitysryhmiä niin lienee paikallaan esitellä ryhmät ja niiden suhteet toisiinsa:
1. Tiedekuntien kampuskehitystyöryhmät tuovat tiedekuntakohtaiset tarpeet ja tavoitteet tilakehitykseen
Tiedekuntien kampuskehitystyöryhmät tuovat esiin tiedekuntien tarpeita ja tavoitteita toimitilojen kehitykseen, osallistuvat valmisteluun ja toimivat vuorovaikutuksen tukena ja linkkinä kunkin tiedekuntayhteisön ja kampuskehityksen välillä. Tiedekuntien kampuskehitystyöryhmät voivat toimia väylänä yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmien työskentelyssä tarvittavien tietojen koostamiseen ja työskentelyyn osallistumiseen.
2. Yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmät tuottavat teemakohtaista tietoa toimitilaohjelmatyöhön
Yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmät ovat yliopistotasoisia teemaryhmiä. Ryhmät hyödyntävät työssään niin ryhmän sisäistä asiantuntijuutta kuin yhteisöstä keräämäänsä tietoa, tarpeita ja näkemyksiä (ml. tiedekuntien kampuskehitystyöryhmät ja muu yhteisö). Työryhmät koostavat työnsä ohjelmiksi, jotka luovat toimitilaohjelman toteutukseen ja sen suunnitteluun monipuolisesti käyttäjänäkökulmat ja tulevaisuuden tavoitteet huomioivia suuntaviivoja.
3. Tekninen valmisteluryhmä toimii toimitilaohjelman hankkeiden valmistelussa ja toimitilaohjelman toisen vaiheen toimenpidevaihtoehtojen valmistelussa
Tekninen valmisteluryhmä saa syötteensä toimitilaohjelman tavoitteista ja sitä koskevista päätöksistä, ohjausryhmältä, tiedekuntien kampuskehitystyöryhmiltä, yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmiltä ja yhteisön edustuksellisista foorumeista sekä yhteisöltä. Näin kerättävä tieto ja näkemykset ohjaavat valmistelua ja suunnittelua ensimmäisen vaiheen hankkeissa ja toisen vaiheen toimenpidevaihtoehtojen luomisessa.
4. Toimitilaohjelman ohjausryhmä ohjaa toimitilaohjelmatyötä
Ohjausryhmä tukee ja seuraa toimitilaohjelman tavoitteiden saavuttamista, toimenpiteiden valmistelua ja teknisen valmisteluryhmän ja yhteisöasiantuntijaryhmien toimenpiteiden ja toimeksiantojen edistymistä toimitilaohjelman tavoitteiden mukaisesti.
Näiden lisäksi on sähkötalon remonttiin ja uudisrakentamiseen liittyvät Sähkö Research Hub -ryhmät.

Because there are so many different campus development groups, it may be appropriate to introduce the groups and their relationships to each other:
1. Faculty campus development working groups bring faculty-specific needs and goals into space development
The faculty campus development working groups highlight the needs and goals of the faculties for the development of the premises, participate in the preparation and act as a support and link between each faculty community and campus development. Faculty campus development teams can serve as a conduit for compiling and participating in the work of community expert groups.
2. The community specialist group produces thematic information for business program work
Community expert groups are university-level thematic groups. In their work, the groups utilize both the internal expertise of the group and the information, needs and views they gather about the community (incl. The campus development working groups of the faculties and the rest of the community). The working groups compile their work into programs that create guidelines for the implementation of the business premises program and its planning that take into account user perspectives and future goals in a variety of ways.
3. The technical preparation group shall be involved in the preparation of the projects of the business premises program and in the preparation of the policy options for the second phase of the business premises program.
The TWG receives input on the objectives and decisions of the facility program, the steering group, the faculty campus development working groups, community specialist groups, and representative community forums, as well as the community. The information and insights gathered in this way guide the preparation and planning for Phase I projects and the creation of Phase II policy options.
4. The Facilities programme steering group directs the facilities program work
The steering group supports and monitors the achievement of the objectives of the premises program, the preparation of measures and the progress of the measures and mandates of the technical preparation group and the community expert groups in accordance with the objectives of the premises program.
In addition to these, there are the Sähkötalo Research Hub groups related to the renovation and new construction of Sähkötalo.
