We discuss what the job market is like for internationals and then discuss different strategies to find (or create) jobs. You will make a mindmap of your network, a small action plan for networking and job hunting and we will discuss how to use tools like Linkedin to expand your professional network.

Everyone brings their own CV (and possibly letter) and we act as recruiters: reading all the applications in a limited time to experience what stands out. Everyone gets short personal feedback.

4. The job interview

We practice how to handle difficult questions using tools such as STAR and reframing.
After a short demonstration everyone gets to practice the interview in simulation rounds.
