It’s about knowing what you want to do and how you want to contribute, what your strengths are, what to develop and what would make your working life meaningful to you. It’s a process that requires self reflection and that evolves with time.

Career planning in the current situation
These are not easy times to hunt for jobs or to ’plan your career’, we understand this well. But even if this is the case, there is always something you can do. And usually in times of crisis this means focusing on developing yourself, so that you are ’ready’ when the times change for the better again. So try to focus on studying, on personal development, on getting everything prepared. These are issues we can influence ourselves. So in that spirit, we hope that by offering you this material, you can do something to develop your job hunting skills or career ideas.
